What is FaceTest?
FaceTest is a free AI face-matching service that finds which character or person you resemble most from a photo. Enjoy look-alike tests across many categories — anime, games, K-pop, movies, animals, and more.
How does it work?
Your uploaded photo is analyzed by a deep-learning face-recognition model. It extracts your facial features as a numeric vector and compares them to each character image to find the closest match. Everything runs instantly in your browser — no sign-up required.
Is my privacy safe?
Your photo is used only for the look-alike analysis. It is never stored on our servers or shared with third parties, and no photo data remains after the analysis. Use it with peace of mind.
What can I do with the results?
Results are just for fun. Discover your closest match and share it with friends or on social media to compare who looks like which character. New tests are added regularly.
Who makes FaceTest?
FaceTest is built and run by a small independent team based in South Korea, live since early 2026. We add new tests every week based on reader suggestions and search trends, and we write the blog ourselves — how the AI matching works, and where face-reading traditions come from. There are no accounts, and every test is free.
How is a test made?
One test, one work. Character images are in-scene stills, never actor headshots (different makeup and lighting throw the match off), live-action and animation are never mixed in a single test, and each character gets several stills so one lucky frame can't decide the result. Names are checked by a person in all ten languages, and every test gets its own written introduction. Only tests that pass review go live.
Images and copyright
Scene images are used at small size, solely to present each work and compare facial features. If you hold rights to an image or name and want it changed or removed, send the test URL through the contact page and we'll act promptly.
